Take Resistance 2 and Socom Confrontation they run on a master server and seeing lag in there is rare like a albino redneck.
Because the way they work is that when you shoot someone it goes to the master server before all the other players eliminating lag in 90% of all situations but yes every game has lag of some type but on some games Like Cod4 and cod5 have a pretty poor online server beacause if low titles like Resistance 2 can eliminate lage call of duty sure as hell should. Example some people cant and will never host online matches and some people cant even join other peoples lobbbys(IN reference to cod4 and 5) So Yes it can be the game
