If you've never played it, one player selects the other players name and selects "vote to kick"

Everyone on that players team (4-a-side, survivors or infected) has a box with 4 squares in and they can press start to vote to kick or back to not.

If yes votes succeed the no's then that player is kicked

Something like that in MW 2 would be helpdul

Yes, i would like this aswell, i think you could comment on infinity ward about this for some suggestions, i'm not sure if they would consider it though, seeing how the game is nearly getting released, they will mostly just be testing the game, looking for any flaws and preparing it at this moment.

it would be better if its aa group one yes but if its just 1 or 2 votes thats gnna be stupid coz ur gnna get kicked aswell

That would suck. A clan of people that sucked would just kick the troublesome, good player(s) on the other team.
