They are only on the harder levels of Spec-Ops. Confirmed not in Multiplayer

Lol. Nice one. Dogs aren't confirmed in multiplayer,they are only confirmed in spec ops but on veteran or hard difficulty.

it would be pointless cuz your enemy actaly have guns now unlike zombies, they will shoot you in big groups
