You mean handguns like the M9, USP, and DEagle though?
The M9 and USP can have silencers and the DEagle has Akimbo as an attachment, so the M9 and USP can probably be duel wielded too so I guess you could have duel wield silenced USPs, but red dots and acogs, I don't think so those don't really fit on those guns. I think the Bling Pro is more for shotguns and the machine pistols.

actually those sights do fit on hand guns if you anything about hunting people use magnums for hunting big game and some of them use scopes on their handguns so i would say IW knows this so you might get an acog for your handguns plus its a video game so they could do as the please
