Do you know where this video is as I am pretty intrigued and wish to see and hear more about this subject matter? Would be sorta cool if it was true but it should only be for higher prestige's.

well really we do have alot of perks they just arnt seperated there is 16 regular perks to start but 32 in all with the pro perk which i think kinda sucks...i also doubt that you get more guns and perks but if you did that would be the greatest thing ever but when you prestige i heard all you get is a custom slot and a call sign plus your new prestige badge

You probably mis-interpreted him he may have meant as you Prestige and May have meant Rank-Up you'll gain New Perks ect. It would be unbalanced if prestigers gained weapons and Perks And IW were aiming for an extremely balanced game, with Deathstreaks

im prestiging right a way i cant wait im tryin to get to 10th 70 the fastest i can. id say about 9 days of gameplay of straight search and destroy! this would be cool though
