But here in US if you accidentally sell/release a game before release date, your store faces a heavy fine of over $1000.

Yeah i think its illegal as its not on the shelfs but they have them in stock and said he can get them for us etc.

most game stores around the world are starting to get their copies in around now and if not now in the next 3 days. they need to be ready and count all there stock to make sure they have enough for the preorders and shit.
