No he means if you get 3 kills one round without dye then the next round you get 2 kills you are now on a 5 kill streak.

No that never applied in CoD4 only way to get air strike is get 5 kills in one round, it' not like that anymore. Notice how the guy on the overtime round uses a tactical insertion on the last round and why bother having it anyways, useless in SnD.
