just so you know derail after a few lvls you unlock the snow ghillie and same goes from urban ghillie you need to use the sniper rifles i dont know if there is anymore kinds of ghillies but the derail one looks like that until you get the snow ghillie

You unlock the "improved camo" by sniping, im level 38 and i only unlocked the urban environment one.
