It makes you able to hold 2 guns at once i.e one in left hand one in right hand.

i think it is a good attachment but is balanced.

you have 2 guns but you cannot aim down sights.

I know I won't be using(unless I need to do challenges). I'm not a big fan of smg's.

I found everything but dual sawn-off shotguns were very inaccurate due to the recoil, good for some quick close combat situations but I don't think I'll use it that much but it's still a nice addition.
