Not mixed up, you'll never ever see a Javelin killing human targets, you'll always see it heatseeking a some sort of opfor tank, maybe a chopper if you're quite lucky but definitely never human targets.
Have a look at its Wiki page, You must login or register to view this content. Have a little look at the price of the rocket, it's an $80k baby. I doubt you'll want to be spending $80k of you tax dollars on blowing up one or two hajis. You'll rather want to blows up a tank with it since it's made to be used for that!

this will be over powered but funny and you only get 1 shot per life and it takes a while to lock on so if u see a missle fly in the air run into a building a.s.a.p. lol

That's the problem, kids like you will now start thinking that you can actually kill a standing dude with a Javelin. If you want to use a weapon in a game, use it in real life, you can "ignore" some of its features but don't invent capabilities.
