An easier way to do this is have someone get the Barrett .50 Cal and the other with the Intervention. Go up the stairs and outside, then climb the ladder onto the small wooden framed platform (The same platform in the campaign mission that you waited on with the C4 trigger)... Then, as soon as you see a Juggernaut, have the guy with the Barret start unloading a whole clip into the Jugg. and the Intervention will make it go faster opposed to single-player with the .50. This is possible to do alone with the .50 but it will eventually get harder as 2 juggernauts start to come at the same time, allowing one to distract you as the other climbs up to the platform.
