Who cares if a couple of pics of weed are in the game. Its all over our media right now, even daytime shows are including marijuana. It is the safer alternative to alcohol.

Most M+ games have strong drug usage inflicted towards other harmful illegal drugs, so I wouldn't be so suprised.
