i think they knew so many people on sony where going to get it but the people who maintain the server weren't ready

i think they expected alot of ppl to be on it, but not at the same time like it was last night

they knew there would be ATLEAST 800k sales. so they should have expected ATLEAST 500k online first few days just to play it safe. make servers smaller in time.

Robert Bowling and IW expected a fair amount of sales on the PS3 [Obviously not as much as on the 360] but DemonWare was simply unprepared. They didn't want to use the money yet on extra servers until they knew how much they were actually dealing with.

It's not IW's fault. Demonware does the servers.

i think they were just highly unprepared on demonwares part but besides that everythings fine now so its not going to matter much. just wish i could get those hours back lol
