If you go the the large brown house at the top of the map. Head to the bottom floor where the bar is. Under the stairs, jump crouch onto the top of the sofa and there you will see the easter egg bear, and a naked blow up doll with starfish over her nipples haha

Also, its possible to get onto the glass house at the back, and also the building to the side of the house. And im still playing around

there is also a floating picture in the smaller house in the middle of the map, downstairs i think.

the biggest 'glitch' that i see coming from estate would be getting on the roof of the estate. i tried, no luck
