Are you high?
I normally play Ground War which with more players is easier to get more kills.
My killstreak reward setup is-
5 Kills Predator Missile
7 Kills Harrier Strike
11 Kills Chopper Gunner (IMO it is better than AC130)
The best maps to get high kill streaks are the open ones with little cover so the enemies can't hide from the Harrier or Chopper.

best killstreak setup me and my 5 friends that play use these killstreaks and all get at least 1 chopper gunner a game...and the chopper gunner is deffenitly better then AC-130 b/c you dont need to reload you just hold down the shoot button

if you are a noob camp it out to get a high killstreak
now if you are a pro be a pro and get high kill streak
now using UAV you can approximately get up to 7 kills which will allow you to use harrier. after using harrier it will get you up to 11 kills just for chopper gunner which you can go very high with.
with that u can get up to 25 kill streak. the rest depends on you if ur a noob or pro!

Oh man, i'm really not a n00b. I'm level 20 of presige. And I'm really owning alot of matches, it's just so ****ed up always. I got a killstreak and then I got Flanked or shot by a shitty camper:[ But this is my first Call of Duty, that's why i'm asking for advise. But thanks alot!

How are these tips on how to get a high kill streak? You just posted you kill streaks and said what maps are best for it...
My setup is...
Predator Missile
Chopper Gunner/AC130
Nuke
The best way to get a high kill streak is to camp, people who nuke the maps up are always camping. You can't run around and nuke it, that is a "tip"!
