This is a video that I made to show you guys how to get out of the map Afghan on Modern Warfare 2.
Required Items:
Painkiller (Death streak)
Tactical Insertion (Equipment)
Tutorial:
1. Plant your tactical insertion next to the radiation zone.
2. Get killed and make sure that Painkiller will activate when you respawn
3. Run out of the map while it's active, once it runs out then you will be able to walk around
Just to bad that there's a lot of barriers out there

This does work, I just tested it.
Make sure you follow all the steps in the tutorial.
