i thoguht you could get everything form a care package i do know you can get an emp someone on my team got it in the begining of a round from and air drop unless it carried over from the last one...i never got a nuke i just unlokced it a few days ago but im trying i would of had it 4 differnt times but didnt have it unlocked

ive been told you CAN get a nuke from an emergency airdop

ive had killstreaks from care packages, killstreaks i havnt unlocked

the EMP is the only 1 i havnt had yet, i think its percentages,

if you have killstreaks unlocked your more likely to get them than other non unlocked killstreaks, this is how it seems to work for me and all my mates who play

lol ive have gotten 6 nukes on this game once you get the chopper gunner at 11 u own them all

Pavelow
all from supply drops...but, never a nuke

so its probobly possible but a small samll chance... i guss they dont want the game ending on a 4 kill streak that often

ha yeah i had ac130 set as my class along with care package and somthing else got carepackage was ac130 i already had around a 7 kill streak killed eveyr one and got another was a good game
