Everyone on headset goes silent
I then get kicked out of party, saying some migrate crap
Then all of my friends get in the party but not me

Also
Sometimes when I'm in games with friends, I just get randomly kicked out.

never happend to me yet and i always use party mode. i see both of you have ps3s and 360s witch is giveing you trouble? i use ps3
