Use the riot shield to get in the corner so no matter what, no one can get to you. And when some is securing the flag, use the throwing knife to kill them.

This works best with cold blooded, ninja, and one man army(can replace riot shield and recover lost knives).

I just got a 20 kill streak off of this strategy so i hope it works for you.
