i believe it is from stopping a person from getting a 10 kill streak

The pot Leaf emblem you have to get the denier challenge done, its killing someone on ther 9th kill streak so the wont get 10

Just get in a cage match with a friend, let him take 10 kills then kill him before he calls any killstreaks. That's how I just got it today.

just start finishing off challenges and you will get it. i dont remember which one it was but its one of the easier ones to do.
