Does it require Prestiging?

All Marksman/All Expert possibly?

you get them by prestiging and then doing the veteran and mastery challenges which only show up after prestiging. the first step of each is getting 500 kills and 250 headshots. then theres 3 in each group for each gun

Wow can you get them after prestiging only once? Cause I have fall camo for Intervention and trying to get these but now I have to prestige wow.
