Wtf are you talking about , famas has a way better accuracy.

M16 is better at short range because of the higher damage but the lack of accuracy.

Famas is better at long range because of the extremely high accuracy.

i didnt like either gun till a few days ago.. only used famas for 1 day an found it better than the m16

same damage
famas more accurate (unless m16 has holo sight)
m16's damage drops off quicker
famas shoots its burst faster
m16 has a shorter delay between bursts

my opinion is that the m16 is better from close-medium range but the famas is best from medium-long
