If you didn't know yet, there are "prestige challenges."
These challenges unlock new, slick-looking, callsigns/emblems.
Like these:
You must login or register to view this content.

Theres more, like a skull emblem you get @ 10th prestige.
IW did this in order to keep people prestiging.
There are also emblems of prestige badges from COD4, but not confirmed of how to get them yet:

Is it worth it to prestige? You unlock an extra "create-a-class" slot...thats it aside from a nifty symbol next to your name. All in all I say probably not. Who else besides me thinks that other things should have been added with prestige like special killstreak awards or something?
Who knows though, I'll most likely prestige anyways just to make it challenging.
