The comma was there to make a pause, "now that, is educated", if I had put now that is, educated, it wouldn't make sense, "now, that is educated" makes more sense, but "now that, is educated" still makes sense, because you're saying, that, then give a pause to allow the reader to think back to what you're on about (which takes milliseconds, but the comma is enough of a pause for the reader to think back and remember). Then "is educated" is saying what the "that" is referring to.
This is used to exaggerate a point, and the comma makes it even stronger and more powerful, by putting the comma, the user thinks back, remembering, and then you give the whole point of the sentence , the comma is ensuring your point is clear and easily understandable
Lets just keep it as, you should have said I instead of Me, and my thing didn't exactly make too much sense at first
