I got past the 1st two guys and just ran like hell after that, really wasn't that hard, granted I did it on recruit.

If there is only 1, then aim at it, and Soap shoots him (doesn't count as a kill for you), and if there is a group, then lie down and keep a bit of distance. I did this on Hardened too btw, so it should be simple if you just do it on recruit.
