Well i think it should give you some sort of advantage or something like that over the enemy, because you don't really just collect it for the fun of it, to make it more realistic, it should give you things like enemy guns and locations and when HVT's will arrive somewhere.

On topic, yes they should give you something when you collect all of them like UAV always on?
in Uncharted when you beat the game you can unlock stuff like Infinity ammo (good idea because once you beat the game you want to beat again for trophy/achievements or for fun, not because you dont know the story already)

Nope. One of my friends got them all (checked his gamerscore too) and he's the kinda person that would be like "OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG CHEATS!!11!1!11!"
