you don't need strafe jump to there there is a pile of stuff right next to the building just jump of there on to the wall.

I looked... I didn't see any other way to get up ontop of that building other than strafe jumping...

in your video see that tv jump from on top of there to the wall

theres a better roof that you can jump to over by the white building with the upper floor balconys. You have to jump to a fence from a cart with a hay bail in it.
