An EMP made the person Survive a tactical nuke so if you ever see a nuke in the corner and emp with final or last stand on you will survive..

Yes It does in my opinion i tried it with a friend and it did work!

i thought everyone new that the emps stop nukes thats why the emps r a kill streak the game is balanced everything can be countered in the game

Yes, If you use your EMP when someone has launched a nuke it will destroy it.

ROFLMAO too bad you can't get up after the nuke and the game continues (like in search and destroy [although its impossible to get a 25 or 24 kill streak in search and destroy] your team would win because you are not dead)
