The only thing that is different, is you have to play 1 level from each of the trophy on recruit, which isnt really that hard.

Yes it does work (I have done it) but if you get trophies depends on how you do it.

If you simply use another persons savegame no you won't get them as using another persons savegame disables you from earning them.

If you alter your own savegame file then yes you will get them.

I suggest doing yourself as whats the point if you don't get the trophies.

practice on a sub account before doing it to your main account

I'm pretty sure that if u edit your save game and complete a mission, your trophies might unlock; Just like the spec ops one

just use a hex editor to compare the file you have and the file he gave you, then mod it and you should be good. Or ask someone what addresses they modded and with what values..
