I think the damage is fine because they are shotgun's. They should be made primary weapons. Or the range should be decreased if they leave them as secondary guns. Duel Model 1887's are just way too dominant to be secondary and the range is ridiculous their as accurate as the G28 machine pistol's which shouldn't be.
the damge should not be lowered because the people who are complaining are the ones that just camp and hate it when one of these higher levels finds their spot and blows their cap!even if they are the ones that are camping..throw a freakin nade and if that doesnt work, get a class with lightweight, stun'em and run pass then shank or shoot! that easy. i understand if like u pass a corner and somebody with those pops out the corner and blows ur cap, thats just unlucky timing.. i get mad frustrated when one person uses it the whole game but they're just trying to get some kills the easy way, let'em their way of playing the game..Deal With It!!

the range shouldnt be shortened either. IW actually shortened the range by ALOT compared to the range some shotties got in real life. the model 1887's are a little below average on the range compared to modern guns, plus they're great guns.

I dunno kind of reminds me of the MP40 in reputation but the UMPs like the MP40 to me ....anyway.
Models are just shottys lol.Sure the range is massive even with 1 model. But you get it lke level 67 i think .3 more levls you pretige losing them.
But on the other hand they ae over powered and not balanced enough. If u take down the range it will just be 2 shots anyway. If u take down the power ...uhhh visa versa. And then they will be like the rangers. just cut down on the range ,make it like the SPAS .
You unlock it at level 67, what do you expect? Of course it should be more powerful than the M1014, SPAS etc...
Fine the way they are... aslong as they're in my hands... Got a nuke with them earlier today
