so anyway, yesterday i discovered that you can still lock a lobby on mw2 by signing out and back in when in game if you are the host, same as in cod 4. so if you are trying to boost, just upload a youtube video to get the necessary people in the lobby, and once the host migrates and the game starts, just see who it migrated to and tell that person to sign out and in. simple but effective.
the other method of having the host back out as soon as everyone gets in the lobby is fine, but if you are like me where you boost only with people who have multiple ps3s, then using that method will screw up the squad organization and will mix up the teams so that it will not be just main accounts on one team and dummy accounts on the other.

Ok. Someone help me out with this a little bit, please. I like to boost riotshield snd and usually have people to boost but not to lock.
So i would start up mw2 on my ps3, start up loading a vid on youtube and then search for a search and destroy game while uploading, and this would effectively lock the lobby so i would be sitting alone in an snd game lobby? Then i would just invite friends to join my party? At what point do i stop uploading? Once i have the lobby full or before? And once its full i should still be host right? So i just go to the xmb and sign out then right back in?
Also, how big does the vid have to be to effectively do this, and wheres a good place to get a vid that size to upload?
Lots of questions, but i think if we can get them all answered it would help in getting more people to host/lock thus leading to more boosting opportunities. Thanks.

Signin in n out aint effective as uploadin to youtube or any other site that u can upload to. My method is simple but it doesnt lock it as long as it should but better then leavin the game n riskin yr position for a random.
1 upload
2 search a game
3 soon as u have 10 in lobby stop uploadin
4 the rest of the 2 will join quickly
5 game starts as normal as long as u dont skip the map
ps: if u skip the map the lobby will be locked automatically once again on the next game.
