Id also like to mention that I would like someone who knows a bit about setting this up and accomplishing what we set out to do. I admit I am a bit of a noob at this, so some guidance and the ability to learn from someone would be greatly appreciated, but not a necessity.

i have cage match boosting down to a science. i have one loyal friend but always looking for more so please add me. we don't even use mics, just change our clan tags to whatever needs to be done at the time for optimum boosting ie: HSx1 for jack in the box/payback challenges, x3 for hardline, x9 for killstreaks, and x19 for higher killstreaks

No offense, but mics are sort of a must for me and a key to communication. The last time I was screwed over there was a mic issues as well and I dont want to go through that again.
