remember if you want to play in HD the device needs pass-through. no reason to record in 1080p, takes up too much space and most games are 720p anyway. if you get a dazzle you will not be able to play in HD

but i have to buy a Bluetooth and the keypad and maybe other games lol... i have a dazzle but it is only HQ

You're aware it's an internal PCi card you have to install in your PC?
It also has hefty hardware requirements....

you can't record using a HDMI cable the signal is scrambled due to video copy protection. find out for sure before you order it. 9/10 people who record gaming in HD use the Hauppauge HD PVR.

Well, if you want to record in HD and play in HD you will need a PVR, which will run you about $200.
