(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); hey guys, i was just wondering if anybody with 2 ps3's in the same household tried to do cage match boosting ? When i tried it the first time with my bro in law it worked but there was some connection problems and after the game kicked one of us out, we couldn't join session anymore. it would either say "game is full" or "unable to connect". anybody have any ideas ? i tried resetting router/modem/ps3 still no dice.

I do it all the time, just make sure that you and your brother have a NAT Type: Open and just have him join your party, then you select 3rd Person Cage Match from the menu, and it should work, I do it a lot, well I did and it worked everytime for me.

yeh i don't think you can be in a party and join a cage match, but it might be different if they are both on the same internet connection

I KNOW you cant be in a party to join a 3rd Person Cage Match w/o the same internet connect. But, sharing the same connection MAY be different all together.

I know this is a bit late, but my reply above was a little confusing. This is what I do..
1. Invite my brother. (Second PS3.)
2. Have him go to his message and hover over the "Join" button.
3. I go into the list and hover over "3rd Person Cage Match."
4. I tell him to join my party, then the instant that I see him hit X on the controller, I hit X on mine which selects the 3rd Person Cage Match.

This works about 99% of the time, only thing that makes it not work is the speed that you select 3rd Person Cage Match at, but other then that, it works all the time for myself.
