I did some googling and found this video on YouTube, it gives very detailed description on elevators and jump elevators:

You just have to practice, it takes time especially the harder elevators, those take forever. Start with the one on derailed, that ones easy. Took me like two hours to get my first elevator right, but I have a friend who did it in 20 mins, it varies on the person.

My mate can do elevators LITERALLY in 25 seconds. He's ridiculous
