well i just had to make a new lobby cos some **** invited some nub, im yet to downlaod the new patch but i can still lock them with ease

All i care about is the "Mtachmaking server" and when you're in the lobby with your friends, they get kicked or sent to another another map etc

its not fixing the javelin glitch its to fix the chopper gunner but i dont know what was wrong with chopper gunner maybe so it counts towards emp? The good and wise Mr. Robert (fourzerotwo) Bowling tweeted a little while ago announcing that patch 1.05 for Modern Warfare 2 on PS3 is up and ready for download. He also mentions "Patch 1.06 is still coming down the pipeline."

Patch 1.05 is reported to contain better matchmaking, and a fix to the chopper gunner killstreak. No confirmation yet on exactly what was changed about the chopper gunner but I will update you as I find out. You may also be curious as to what 1.06 is going to contain, Mr. Bowling has said it will be fixing the annoying "javelin glitch" and also the "care package glitch."

For you Xbox 360 users out there, Robert said the same fixes that are coming to PS3 users in 1.06 are coming as well and its already out of Infinity Wards hands and in Microsoft's cert process. So sit tight and that damned javelin shall haunt you no more!
