Yeah definately no nuke in are packages, was it just me or did no-one else even see an EMP?

I've got it before it was in free for all on wasteland.. Came first after I got that emp ^

i've seen nukes and emp's from packages before, but they are VERY rare. i'm in the middle of my 6th prestige and have only seen one nuke from a care package but i'm positive they exist. i remember being furious when a teammate stole it from me.

i've also had one emp stolen, activated one emp from airdrop, and just yesterday my one of my headshot partners got an emp in his drop.
