Here is what I have been doing

PS3

Load youtube and start uploading a movie (very large file)

Proceed to find a game of domination.

Sits forever trying to merge with other lobbies.

Sometimes it tosses me in a game.

I invited my roommates PSN and as soon as he joined my party it shot us into a game.

What am I doing wrong ? (Also I tryed uploading 2 large files on 2 youtube accounts at the same time with no results).

Should I be doing it like this but with a full party?

okay play nice. Let's help one another. So how would you go about to lock the lobby? I've done the youtube thing but when some one leaves then some random player joins to mess things up. Anyone proved ways of locking a lobby?
