I see only threads with the best ways for getting a nuke, but now Im wondering whats the best for an EMP?
I mean like classes, and killstreaks and so on.

EMP seems like a whole lot of nothing for 15 kills. It really doesn't help out that much, ok they lose the ability to call in killstreak, but as for losing red dots and holo, its not that hard to shoot without them anyway.

really depends on they way you play and who you play. There is no way of predicting what will happen.

get it in a care package

yeah the EMP isnt a great reward for 15 kills. Just incase yu didnt know you can recieve a EMP from a Care Package, but i would probably go fo Harrier Airstrike and Then Chooper Gunner And Then EMP. And depending what level your at use the m4.m16.ACR for big maps and for small maps i tend to use the ump45(just use whatever smg u like)

just use a chopper gunner, once you get that, you'll surely get them 4 kills for an emp but remember, hide first and than call in your chpper gunner

well i would go with what everyone says to get a nuke but instead of a nuke you put on Emp...my killstreaks are harrier then ethier a pave low,chopper gunner,or AC 130,and then the Emp but it is a waste really i would only use it just to get the emblems and titles from it then i would go back to my normal killstreak set up

Do the pavlows go towards your killstreak? I've been told a few times that they don't.
