it took ages for them to take quantamforce off the top and he ended up at the bottom so they didnt even take him off, if they do patch it , it wont be for a while, and they wont ban i.p at most they will ban the account or suspend the ip.
btw dont all message me saying quantomforce is IW, im not sure, but if it was they would of either kept it or removed it not put it to the bottom of the leaderboards.

I'm not picking on him, I'm just pointing out the obvious...and no, I didn't do stuff like this when I first joined. Of course, no one is perfect...but it should be common sense to give credit to other people for their work. I'm not trying to get my post count up--I'm defending myself and my statements and replying to his posts...which is one use of a message board. Don't reply if it isn't anything nice? It's called the internet, man. Get used to it.
