Here's how:

Get into a game (Preferbly Karachi) do the elevator to get out of map and fall under. Keep sprinting.

It's not that hard to get them in the first place you just put them on and I got them in like 2 days after I got really mad because I was sucking that I decided to go around only knifing (back when nobody had done it, I believe I am one of the people that popularized it) and I got it in like 2 days
