1st your going to need your buddy in your party. after that's done tell him to back out. Invite him. Then wait about 4-6 seconds and go to cage match. If you done this right, In about a moment you should be in cage match with your friend. It depends how much time your buddy takes to accept invite. If it doesn't work then just keep doing it. It wil eventually work. This is a GREAT way to boost with riot shield.

This works with PS3 and XBOX 360, Not sure for PC...

i thought it was kinda obvious seeing how theres a "join session" option now beside the friends name....

the best way on XBox is to have your buddy locate your name on the friends list and you start the cage match, as soon as your buddy can join he will see the join icon on your name, if you join right then you will get in 100% of the time, if you wait 5-10 sec you will not.

or you could just simply wait till you are on his name and when u can join is sesion in progress join it straight away?
