BTW wen this happened i just owned everyone with my intervention xD, got a triple!

domination boosting it for scoreboard points not xp, so your still getting 150 scoreboard points its just your exp drops to 23 as your capturing same flag over and over again, so if you want exp either wait for a bit then resume or do riot shield boosting,

though dont try joining masons game since you just admitted you kill in a boost session
