I am guessing it is higher if you are on a winning team or Higher in the final game score.
Also does unlocking play a role in score? K/d ratio in the game?
What about prestige do I loose out on better leader board scores by not prestiging?

I think that the score leaderboards have some formula involving your score and ur rank. For example, a 10th pretige 70 with 5000 xp (just an example ) and rank 1 no prestige with 10000 xp the 10th prestige would be placed much higher on the leaderboards.

I think that the score and rank are the only factors though.

Ok, But when you go to leaderboard and score and the number for score that is there, it is not the same as your total XP and if you write down that number, play a game and write down both your xp and bonus xp points and go back to leaderboard, the new number is not a sum of old score number+ XP or oldscore+xp+bonus. How is this number calculated?

for ex in snd u get 50 score ever kill but 500 xp for ur rank like to lvl 70

say you were playing tdm and your score on the boards which are shown at the end of the game is 2000, that 2000 will go to the leadboards and all the xp, match bonus & challenges completed go to our level
