The files in that thread were only for the people in America, however I fixed up two new files which you only have to copy over to your PS3! At the moment, the hex is set to 9th prestige, so when you do the full tutorial you'll be 10th. If you wish to change that, change the hex within the file '1'

If it doesn't let you prestige just repeat the steps, should work on the 2nd try.
