Here's how it'll work:
First we get 12 people together:
then we split them into two groups
Clan tag [1]
and clan tag [2]
Once everyone is ready, the 2's will leave the room, Ill find a game and all the 2's will rejoin (Join session in progress would be helpful)

Note: If someone who knows how to host and lock a lobby, please host for us or share your secrets, if not Ill host. EDIT: I now know how to lock lobby's =D
