You get every prestige sign from mw2 but the cod4 prestige signs are unlcoked when you complete the prestige challenges i.e 2nd prestige from cod4 get 1000 kilss with sentry gun

but did you prestege ive presteged and im now level 11

If you use chris' MPDATA from his tut you will have everything unlocked.

If not then you have to do it by doing challenges ie: For the super sexy COD4 Spinning gold cross emblem, you need 1000 AC130 kills. Somehow in chris' MPDATA, when looking at the challenges it says get 0 kills with a (Sentry, chopper gunner, ac130 etc etc) which meant the relevant emblems + all titles were unlocked.
