Cheaters are cheaters. Despite using hacks myself, I'd like to see Playstation Network start to use their 'BanHammer' more. I know they have the power to. I've seen people in the past have their accounts temporarily suspended. Plus, during a time in which PSN was undergoing maintenance, there was an error of some sort, so that when you tried to sign in, it would say that your account had been suspended. So it's clear that it exists.. It's merely that the Playstation Network doesn't want to use it like MS does. Which is good and bad in my perspective depending on what aspect of gameplay you're looking at.

mhhh i dont think Sony give a f***k about IW because Ps3 is free n IW care so much about their Xbox

That is a problem of a sort when it comes to it, I suppose. Simply because, in order for Sony to know whom to suspend / ban, they would have to be informed by Infinity Ward. If Infinity Ward is more focused on the Xbox 360 in regards to cracking down on hacking, then that would explain why only patches are being released as opposed to suspensions and bannings.

Yes im a newb here... but i hacked the shit out of Mw2 and my stats got put all the way bak to 0 (Kills,Score,Etc,) ...

So easy to spot the leaderboard hackers, level 1, played for 214 thousand days and have 4 million points?

Those are the people that are going to kicked off Modern Warfare 2.
