Hello, every one! I decided, to make a vid and tell you guys how to UN-Prestige after you done the famous "10th prestige" hack. Now, this is a simple tuturial, wich uses the same exacly 10th prestige hack file. Follow the steps bellow or watch the video. Good Luck!

1- Get your pen drive and make sure you have both hacked save data. (You can get thoso files here: You must login or register to view this content.) Put them in your ps3

2- Load your game, and click Multiplayer > Play Online

3- Go back to the "Multiplayer Menu", and this time click "Split Screen"

4- Now, click [X] and load. Load the file "Offline Multiplayer Profile: HSx9 Error" - Should give you an error

5- Go again to "Split Screen", and this time press [X] 2 times, in a row (This should get you into the "Split Screen Setup" Screen.)

6- Now, go to Barracks > Prestige - Prestige your self (It should give you an error)

7- Now exit the error, and go back to split screen, this time load again "Offline Multiplayer Profile: HSx9 Error". (It should also give you an error)

8- Exit the error screen and go back to "Split Screen". Hold your Home Buttom and change your controller to Controller 2

9- Click [X] and load. Load "Offline Multiplayer Profile: HSx9 Error". Exit Error.

10- Go back to split screen (While on controller 2), and load the Game Setup screen. Than go to Barracks > Prestige - Prestige your self

11- Change your controller back to Controller 1, and play a match.

12- Quit the game.. Your screen should turn black. Go ahead and turn off your ps3 by holding Home Buuttom, and Power Off

IMPORTANT

• This will reset your rank back to 1, not your older rank. (Non-Prestige Level 1)
  
• This will reset your XP, Points, acurracy and the rest you earned. (Makes your account brand new)
  
• If you willing to take it all back to level 1 so you will not get banned (If they ban), pleas understand that I have nothing to do with your account.
  

Questions & Anwser

Will I go back to the level I was before, or to level 1 non-prestige?

Will I lose my weapons, title, emblems and so?
Yes!

What is the point of this?
If they start to ban because of the 10th prestige hack, you would be able to keep your account.

Could you do it for me?
No.

Can I get banned with this?
I think it is easier for them to ban you because you were in 10th prestige than you reseted your account back into level 1. [/COLOR]

Or just get the file for the prestige you wanted and use the prestige hack for that?

can't get this to work. I followed the written instructions, then logged in, and as soon as I went to a game my stats changed back. Next, I tried following the video (which is substantially different than the written instructions), and it had already changed back before I logged in. Both times I recopied a fresh HSx9_Error file to the PS3. Not really sure what's up, but maybe run through them again to check the instructions.

In the video, you do this:
1. Go to play online.
2. Go to splitscreen.
3. Load error on player 1.
4. Play a match, kill yourself, quit.
5. Prestige.
6. Go back to splitscreen. Load Error again on player 1.
7. Go back to splitscreen, change controller to 2.
8. Load Error Again.
9. Go back to splitscreen. Load Prestige.
10. Play online, fire til you reload a clip, quit the match.
11. Use the Home button to quit game, which restarts the PS3.

If there is a way to get back to level 1 without using the prestige option online, I really want to test out if the custom slots stay, because my bet is it removes them when you choose that option.

Someone said there was another thread for this, but I can't find it, just ones where people are using the prestige hack with smaller prestige levels. Could you link? Thanks!

Edit: Now that I look, it might be that you need to load the same modded "Prestige" file (the non-error one) that you used to begin with, I was just using the one included here. I'll try it again with that.

guys to de prestige u follow the exact same steps you did with the "10th prestige tutorial" and just choose a different prestige, and mw2jermik... for the most part if u de prestige back to level 1 like this guy says, then yes everything will reset. But if u de prestige down to say 5th or 6th prestige then you might lose most of your classes and weapons ect, but after the hack it is set up so that once u unlock a weapon automatically all the attatchments and skins you had before should retrun. I went to non-prestige level 1 trying this, then it took me back to 10th prestige level 1 the next time I went on :L

WHOA!!! I NOTICED THIS THE DAY I DID THE HACK! lol i thought the files were corrupted lol. but yeah man i should make documentaries of my stupidity on the ps3 lol
