ok so i no this isn't the hole thing but once you do this you are up

knife jump from the cart to the inside of the pillar.now be knifed while crouch jumping outwards onto the corner of the building

That's sad lol , It's one of the easiest glitches ever.

Count to 3 or down to 1 and then jump while your friend shoots you in the back or ass.

Simple really :S
